About SDA
The NDIS implemented Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding to provide Choice and Control to a small number of NDIS participants (around 6%) with Very High Support needs and Extreme Functional Impairment who need specialist housing solutions. Fit-for-purpose SDA provides participants with greater independence and allows supports to be delivered more efficiently and cost-effectively.
Purpose built SDA homes provide Participants with opportunities for social and economic participation, enhances self-determination, and fosters an environment where they can lead safe, fulfilled and independent lives.

We contract care workers from throughout Melbourne on behalf of Care providers needing contract staff for SIL, SDA, MTA and STA.
